We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards before they reach our customers. This role will be responsible for inspecting materials, identifying defects, and working closely with production teams to maintain consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform tests to ensure plastic products meet durability, strength, and compliance standards.
• Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations in production.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and corrective actions.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in plastics or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and testing equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
