Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at our Columbus, OH facility. This role will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of production during the night shift.
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, coach, and develop production team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate records of production reports, employee performance, and safety incidents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
